| Vicentre Squads |
| Melbourne Vicentre offers a comprehensive Swimming Program for all levels of swimmers. We offer ten squads ranging from Developmental Squads for ages eight and up – concentrating on good stroke technique and improving fitness – through to elite swimmers at the national and international level. |
| As swimmers progress in standard their coach will move them up to the next squad. Progression is entirely dependent on the coaching staff's assessment of the swimmer's progress and the availability of a vacant position in the next squad. |

| A proposal to advance a swimmer is discussed with both parents and the swimmer concerned. |

Swim ADvantage Squad
Caters for open water swimmers, surf swimmers, swim-for-fitness swimmers and tri-athletes. Info |
Development Squad
Designed to give Swim School graduates and new club members stroke development and familiarity with training drills in preparation for higher level squads. Info |
